Group Therapy:

Group therapy provides an opportunity for individuals to connect with others facing similar issues, offering support, validation, and a sense of community. Our groups are facilitated by experienced therapists and cover a range of topics, such as mindfulness, self-compassion, and stress management. Group sessions typically last 90 minutes and offer a cost-effective way to access therapy.

 

Pricing:

We believe in transparent pricing and are committed to working with clients to find a payment plan that works for them. Our standard rate for individual therapy is $200 per session. We also offer sessions on a sliding scale, ensuring that our services are accessible to those in need. Group therapy sessions are priced at $85 per person, per session.

Our sliding scale fee is based on individual income and financial circumstances, ensuring that our services are accessible to all who need them.
